"Due to our business model, we usually work with our customers with retainer contracts; i.e. with constant hourly contingents every month. Compared to more project business-oriented business models, this naturally makes our project planning easier, as we don't have to reschedule every month for most projects. In most cases, it is clear who is in charge of the respective customer, what needs to be done and how many hours need to be worked." In addition, project assignments (e.g., website audits or setup activities) of new customers are added to this during onboarding. Therefore, every month all projects and key data are entered into a project plan with hourly quotas and employees.
