Overview

The German sustainable Online Shop Lill's with Dog Accessories, such as Bathrobes, Collars, Leashes, Food and much more, turned to us to target the right Audience with Paid-Advertising Campaigns and grow even more. Our Google Ads perform excellently and have a strong ROAS between 10 and 12.

Challenge

Since there is a lot of Competition in the Pet Supplies Segment and the Shop was still relatively small with little Reach, it remained far below its Sales Potential.

Due to the low Level of Awareness, potential Customers neither knew about the Shop nor about the innovative and sustainable Solutions with which they could save a lot of Time and Effort through their Dog and at the same time make a Difference for the Sake of the Environment.

Furthermore, with over 40 Brands on Offer in the Shop, the challenge was to set up the right Targeting and Account Structure.

Strategy

Given the Challenges we faced, our Strategy was to focus exclusively on the Dog Bathrobe for the Time being. This is because this Product is considered to be very specific to the Target Group, stands out as a USP - i.e. a unique selling Proposition for the Online Store - and also offers a good Margin, which gives us Room to scale and also means more Profit for the Company.

We also invested a lot of Time in testing different Campaigns to see which would ultimately be the most profitable.

The basic Google Ads measures consisted of first Consulting on the Feed Creation Process, then implementing and optimising the Feed before we created the Ads and improved and properly set up the corresponding Campaigns.


In Addition, Adjustments to the Tracking followed on the one hand for Remarketing and on the other hand, both the Structure and the previous Strategy were unified so that both were better in Line with the Company Site.

Results

We achieved a remarkable Turnover with our Google Ad Campaigns. They achieved outstanding Year-over-Year Results in 2020/2021, making our Client very happy:
