Tiny Tweaks Yield Huge Improvements: Rebuilding Checkout Flow


Takewalks is a travel agency that provides different tours in Europe and North America. You can choose between city sightseeing and food tours to taste the local food. The company has been around for many years, providing travellers with exceptional experiences to create lasting memories and explore the world in a whole new way



Takewalks asked us to provide UX/UI suggestions and rebuild their current check-out flow to increase the conversion rate. The previous check-out flow was confusing and required too many steps.



We began by conducting a user research study to understand the current pain points with the check-out flow. Based on our findings, we made several recommendations on how it could be improved. We then work with our client to rebuild the entire check-out flow, making it simpler and more intuitive for users.
